E-Bulletin: Chantix® (varenicline) Litigation

Over the past six months, the FDA has issued many advisories and public announcements related to Chantix® (varenicline).  Most recently, on May 16, 2008, the FDA issued a Public Health Advisory to inform patients and physicians of important changes to the prescribing information.

We are representing victims that have experienced one of the following adverse events while using Chantix® (varenicline) or shortly after discontinuing use of the drug:

Suicide	Attempted Suicide
Liver Failure	Diabeties (new-onset)
Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (TEN) and/or Stevens Johnson Syndrome (SJS)
