Cory Watson Expands Asbestos Litigation Division

(Birmingham, AL) Cory Watson Crowder & DeGaris shareholder Ernest Cory announced today that the Birmingham, Alabama law firm has expanded its practice of Asbestos and Mesothelioma litigation with the addition of attorney Courtney Sach who joins an asbestos lawyer team headed by shareholders Leila H. Watson and Annesley H. DeGaris.

FDA Black Box Warning for Pfizer Smoking Cessation Drug Chantix®

(Birmingham, AL)       The FDA has mandated a “Black Box Warning ” requiring Pfizer Inc., manufacturer of Chantix®,  to strengthen warnings about the health risks and dangers associated with using the drug. Chantix® (varenicline) is advertised as an aid to help people quit smoking.
